Payment options.
Credit card & PayPal
Credit cards and PayPal are accepted payment methods. Confirm payment arrangements with your sales contact.
ACH & bank wire
ACH and bank wire payments are available. Obtain payment instructions directly from your Optimum Data contact.
Checks
Checks are accepted. Coordinate payment details and order timing with your sales representative.
Credit accounts and purchase orders.
Credit terms require approval. Credit applications are available to eligible customers; contact sales to discuss your account. Purchase orders are accepted when the customer is eligible.
Do not assume credit terms or purchase-order eligibility before approval. Your sales contact will confirm the arrangements for your order.
Tax and resale certificates.
Email the applicable tax or resale certificate so it can be reviewed and applied to your customer account before ordering. Contact sales if you need to confirm that your documentation has been applied.

- Confirm any software, subscription or registration requirements.
- Confirm payment arrangements and any approved purchase-order or credit terms.
- Check shipping details and the warranty and return terms.
